Barry Corr oversees the day to day international operations of the chamber and is responsible for delivering the board's strategic plans. He provides an essential senior point of contact for Corporate Members, Sponsors and other stakeholders.
A graduate of Queen's University Belfast, he has enjoyed a successful business career in large corporates, government advisory and high growth companies in Europe and Australia.
He is passionate about making a tangible difference to the quality of engagement among Irish professionals in Australia, supporting member companies on both sides of the bilateral relationaship and those who do business with them. He is also deeply involved in representing Ireland's interests with the EABC and developing strong cross-chamber relationships to add value for members such as the many joint corporate events delivered in conjuntion with partners in other Chambers and organisations.
In addition to his chamber responsibilities, he is a director of Luminant Talent Consulting, an HR Consulting firm and Finance Professionals, a Search & Selection business.
Barry is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Essendon fan and owner of slow racehorses.
